How to order

You can currently order from us in a number of ways.

• By telephone.  Call 07950 957042 and have your debit or credit card details to hand. If you have any queries about placing an order you can also ring us on the same number.  If we are unavailable leave a message with your contact details and we will call you back.
• By post.  Write to us at:

               184B High Street West, Glossop, Derbyshire, SK13 8ER

       Please enclose a cheque with your order and the product codes.

• Paypal.  Simply click on the button next to the product you want and pay using your Paypal account.  If you want more information about how Paypal works please visit their website.
• Please don't send us any account or card details via email.  However, if you have any queries, please feel free to contact us

DELIVERY

As only yarn that is in stock is put on the website orders will be sent out within 7 working days by 1st class post.  Should your order not arrive within 10 working days please contact Skeins by e-mail or phone.

RETURNS

Although we are sure that you will be happy with your purchase should you wish to return all or part of your order this must be done within 10 days of receipt, unused and in its original condition.  We will be happy to refund the cost of goods but will not reimburse for the cost of returning any goods.
