How to order
You can currently order from us in a number of ways.
- By telephone. Call 07950 957042 and have your debit or credit card details to hand. If you have any queries about placing an order you can also ring us on the same number. If we are unavailable please leave a message with your contact details and we will call you back.
- By post. Write to us at:

Please enclose a cheque with your order and the product codes.
- Paypal. Simply click on the button next to the product you want and pay using your Paypal account. If you want more information about how Paypal works please visit their website.
- Please don't send us any account or card details via email. However, if you have any queries, please feel free to contact us
DELIVERY AND POSTAGE RATES.
Postage charges are kept to a minimum and are as follows
For order totalling 0.01 - 9.99 £1.35
10.00 - 24.99 £1.75
25.00 - 49.99 £2.25
50.00 - 74.99 £2.75
75.00 and over £3.50
(Please note all parcels weighing over 1kg cannot be sent by Second Class post. The above rates are for UK delivery addresses only)
For overseas delivery prices and times please contact Skeins prior to ordering.
As only yarn that is in stock is put on the website orders will be sent out within 2/3 working days by standard 2nd class post. If your order is urgent then please contact Skeins and we can arrange to upgrade the postage to 1st class for you. Should your order not arrive within 10 working days please contact Skeins by e-mail or phone. Please allow for public holidays and weekends.
RETURNS
Although we are sure that you will be happy with your purchase should you wish to return all or part of your order this must be done within 10 days of receipt, unused and in its original condition. We will be happy to refund the cost of goods but will not reimburse for the cost of returning any goods unless there is a fault with them.
